The Bike Shed Show, 10th Edition

This is the third year I’ve been to The Bike Shed Show at Tobacco Dock. Every year the show gets better and bigger, with people attending from all over the world.

If I hadn’t been so wiped out from filming I would have taken more pictures and made a video, but honestly the best way to appreciate this show is to visit yourself. So I’d highly recommend booking your tickets for the next show as soon as they come out.

The Bike Shed Show is such a wonderful collection of custom motorcycles, artwork, apparel, accessories, tattoos, food and music. The absolute epitome of custom life. Positive attitudes, encouragement and appreciation for hardwork. I hope one day UK car shows can become this progressive and accepting. I’m still very new to bikes, my experience and knowledge (if it can be called that) revolving around classic custom cars. Nevertheless this bunch of talented hoons are incredibly inviting and welcoming. It’s all about appreciation and socialising – another thing I’m inept at – but I can damn well appreciate all the work here. Including two builds from my fellow Goblin Anthony Partridge who had two Goblin bikes on display at the show, yet another talented soul.

Well done to everyone who built bikes for the show, set-up the event, worked there, visited and made this another stellar show. Here are a few snaps, I look forward to next year – when I hopefully won’t be so tired!
